Refund & Cancellation Policy

GENERAL POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions.
ELIGIBLE REFUND SCENARIOS
Refunds will only be considered if:
- Duplicate payment was made
- Payment was deducted but course access not provided
- Technical issue from our end (unresolved within 72 hours)
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Incompatibility with user device
- Failure to complete course

- Registered Email
- Order ID
- Payment proof
- Reason for request
REFUND TIMELINE
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once enrolled, cancellation is not permitted.
